Pedal-Pusher Pants

March 17, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

My very favorite spring clothing is a pair of pedal-pusher type pants that I cannot wait to wear again. They are cotton blue jean and have wide openings at the legs. They come down to right past my knees. They match absolutely anything. These little shorts/pedal pushers are stylish, and very comfortable. I also cannot wait to wear my “Rainbow” brand 100% leather flip-flops. They go with anything as well. They are brown leather and I have had them for more than five years. I also love to wear long tank tops. The longer in the torso, the more comfortable I am.

Spring Fashion Collections

I love to wear all kinds of pastel colors for spring. The light colors celebrate the season. Pink, lavender, peach, and mint green are just a few of my favorite spring-inspired colors. They are so pretty and feminine. These colors are usually widely available in stores that are offering their new spring collections. Springtime is the season to get a pedicure and bring out all of my open-toed shoes that have been stored away for the winter. A pair of white or ivory shoes coordinate really well with pastels. A cute pastel handbag is the finishing touch for a fresh springtime look.

Skirts in Spring

Springtime is my favorite season to bring my skirts out of hiding after a long Indiana winter. Skirts are my favorite springtime piece of clothing from my wardrobe. I have long skirts with delicate floral prints and vibrant bold patterns. I also have shorter skirts that are a bit more flirty. Skirts really help me get in the mood to enjoy springtime. I start tanning at the end of winter and so skirts give me a chance to showcase my tanned legs. I really like wearing a skirt with a great pair of high heel shoes. The cool breezes of spring feel wonderful against my legs.

Stylish Women’s Overalls

My favorite piece of cloth for this spring is the overall. Comfortable and mostly in pastel colors, it has a non-conformist style. I personally, like the most the overalls proposed by Mulberry because they created astonishing variants: with very short pants, with childish skirts, or with super sexy trousers.

Besides the fact that it looks very good, the overall it’s quite practical and light, giving us the comfort that we need so much in spring, when we are always on the run, taking advantage of the fact that the weather is on our side.

Worn no matter of the opportunity and time of day, from fashionable parties, TV and even on the red carpet, the overalls impose. The overall for the evening is a hybrid between a glamor dress and a pair of extra-large trousers. Wear them with high heels to create the impression of a thin sillouete.

My Favorite Springtime Dress

Although at times I can be an impulse buyer but I love most of my spring clothing that I have in my wardrobe. The one that I love most is my pink dress. It was a gift from my elder sister who was coming back home to visit us. She has always known that I love anything that is pink. The color is not that bright as I dislike bright colors. I love wearing it when I hangout with some of my friends at a party. It fits nicely on me, has a silky smooth touch and very comfortable to wear.

The dress is also wrinkle free which I love. it doesn’t have too many frills or any laces at all. It is simple yet elegant to be worn on any occasion. This dress is definitely my favorite piece of clothing during springtime.

My favorite piece of spring clothing for women

March 8, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

Being a woman, I am very much concerned about my attire. I have a deep passion for a rich variety of clothing that I could drape on myself. In Spring, I would like to wear short skirts and tank tops because Spring is the season which comes immediately after winter, the horrible season where we always need to wear our jackets, gloves, hoods and boots.

Spring is an excellent season bringing relief to us from the jackets. I always love to wear short skirts and tank tops as I feel myself comfortable with them. Generally I do shop at a variety of places. But the place where I frequently go is the JCPenney.

Clothes that I buy at JCPenney are really worth for their excellent quality and lifetime. Recently I bought a few skirts in JCPenney, their prices ranging between $25 – $55. The tank tops were damn cheap there because there was a Clearance sale and I made use of the excellent opportunity. I bought a few tank tops ranging between $9 to $15.

Spring Sundresses

I really like to wear lightweight sundresses in the spring. Even though the temperature in the early spring can still be a little brisk, it still feels great to put on a fun little dress and step out in those rays. My favorite is a yellow lightly floral patterned cotton dress with spaghetti straps. It comes to just above my knees and is mildly figure slimming.

I love the way it makes me feel and look forward to the chances I get to put it on every year. It was a great $20 buy a few years back and when winter comes around I’m sad to have to push it into the back of the closet for the season.

My Fashion Tip – Layers

March 3, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

My fashion tip: layers, layers, layers! I am a big fan of layering clothing, especially now with this wacky weather. When it’s super hot one day, and cool and crisp the next, it’s great to have the ability to take off or put on a layer. Layers are also great for adding depth to an outfit. Your look will be instantly more interesting if you successfully layer a light sweater over a dress. Pairing that idea with a sleek blazer allows you to transition flawlessly from day to into night. This might sound like it could get a little bulky but the point is to wear items that are light enough to layer, allowing your outfit to be both comfortable and interesting.

How to dress this spring

Spring brings with it an air of freshness that exhilarates us instantly.  If we feel good than we should look good too. This spring we should wear more feminine cloths and here are my ideas of colors, cloths and accessories that should be must-have of this season:

- Retro-skirts, skirts that have a high waist, and the form of a flower

- Floral prints, flowers start to bloom, why shouldn’t we bloom too?

- Vaporous and transparent, siphon material is ideal for this season. Because it’s very easy and cool, you will feel loved and spoiled by your own outfit.

- The jewelry worn should of metals like copper, silver or gold.

- The colors of this season should be the light ones, for example light violet, olive green, jade green, etc.

- XXL handbags are the perfect choice.

Springtime Fashions

Coming as it does after a serious winter season, the colors of springtime fashions, especially in the Northern part of the country, should reflect shades that delight the senses, are light and fresh, and are reminiscent of spring flowers. This spring, especially, ruffles will be making an appearance. Ruffles fit into spring with their soft appearance and airy style. The yellows, the pale greens, the light blues, are good colors for springtime and, if you want to be more monochromatic but still look like springtime, try soft tans or pale greys. Of course, you can always actually choose floral patterns rather than floral colors. The color and style of the print should reflect softness. So, do be careful that the pattern and shade of the flowers are not too harsh or bright.
