Capri’s Are My Favorite

Capri’s are one of my favorite articles of spring clothing. They are not quite shorts but not full length pants either. They’re great after a long winter and your still feeling a bit too pale to break out the short. They are super versatile. You can dress them up with some heeled mules, or dress them down with your favorite pair of kicks. You can wear them with pearls and a cardigan or with your favorite hoodie. You can be 5 to 65 years old and they are always age appropriate. I have a pair in almost every color and am sad when I have to put them away for winter and so happy to see them again because then I can be sure it’s spring.
The Cardigan, A Springtime Classic

My favorite piece for spring is the cardigan. Its a basic and can go with many different things like spring dresses slacks and skirts as long as there is a thin top underneath (but who wears bulky clothing in the springtime). Its thin but can give just enough warmth on cool rainy days and is easy too carry just in case. Its a classic piece that can dress up any ensemble when paired with a pearl necklace and some heels. If you want something a little less dated there are many different style variations available for all you hip trendsetter types. Many styles keep the sophistication of the original fairly intact so for those of you who don’t have one please go and get one and for those of you who do, buy more.
Old Navy Long Pink & White Striped Spaghetti Strap Dress

My favorite article of clothing I have purchased so far for the spring is a dress from Old Navy. It is a long pink and white striped spaghetti strap dress. It is very cute with a thin white spaghetti strap, v-neck tank top underneath it. I plan on wearing it many different places. I can dress it up some with a cardigan and some espadrilles or make it casual with some pink or white flip flops. I was fortunate enough to buy it with a 40% off coupon and plan to make the most out of this new outfit that I have. I might even go back and buy it in a few more colors. It is a must have for my closet this season.
