American Eagle Flip Flops from Payless

My favorite type of summer clothing would have to be my flip flops. Any other time of the year your feet get stuck in shoes, boots, or heels. However when summer rolls around flip flops become mandatory everyday wear. My favorites are ‘American Eagle’ brand from Payless. The come in such fun bright colors and very stylish designs, all the while managing to be fairly inexpensive. Styles can actually range from simple beach attire or to nicer yet still relaxed evening foot wear. There is just something about a great pair of flip flops, they instantly send a more relaxed and laid back message, which is what summer should be.
Vera Bradley Purse

One of my favorite summer time necessities is my Vera Bradley purse. These purses come in a variety of styles, colors, and patterns. They can be found online at www.verabradley.com or in various retail stores such as Kaehler Travelworks and Yellowbird. They are very comfortable, and not too pricey. My favorite purse style is the simple “Tote”. I can fit many of my belongings in there, and it goes along with a good range of my clothes. The pink floral pattern accentuates the bag greatly, making it very stylish and likable. While wearing it, I find my friends and family constantly complimenting it, telling me how cute it is and how wonderful it looks on my arm. I can also bring it practically anywhere, whether there’s an outing somewhere, or even a day at the beach: these Vera Bradley purses can be used anywhere, and for anything!
Gypsy 05 Maxi Dress

One of the most exquisite and unique article for me at least is my Gypsy 05 Maxi dress, I have the wine color and it’s so soft and comfortable, and the price was so reasonable ($100) compared to other maxi dresses I have bought in the past. I bought mine from an online Boutique called www.boutiquetoyou.com. Yes it’s the same dress that celebrities like Paris Hilton, Lauren Conrad, Christina Aguilera, Hayden Panetierre, and Denise Richards have been seen wearing in summer of 2008. The dress is 100% organic cotton, the perfect length and falls just right. My sisters and friends loved the dress so much we all placed in second orders for different colors. My dress is definitely coming out again this summer. The dress is perfect for a day and night look. It can be worn on its own or paired with a cardigan or even a little camisole inside if you don’t want to bare it all. It goes perfect with a nice pair of jeweled thong sandals, a bright color summer hobo bag and a stack of bangles to accessorize it
Wearing Bright Colors Fashionably

The key piece for this spring in my wardrobe would be bright colors like orange. I have personally looked up spring colors on many websites and looks like orange is the new spring color. It’s a good color for anyone’s complexion especially when you’re just a little bit tanned. Play with colors. Don’t be afraid to mix and match. Try wearing colorful denims\bottoms but don’t take it to the extreme, choose either a flashy bottom or a color popping top. Don’t be shy to wear some chunky shoes and platforms. These are the days of outrageous shoes. Everyone’s wearing them. Go for high wasted pants and skirts they give that perfect shape to your booty. A white dress is one of the basic things in spring wardrobe. This year’s hottest pants would be Harem pants although I think that only some people can carry it. Ruffled blouses is still a trend going on hard this spring as well. As for accessories go for scarves and bracelets and necklaces with chain reactions they add a bling to your whole look and last but not the least a great pair of sunglasses. Don’t let the sun get to your eyes.
Nautical Fashions for Spring

One of my favorite springtime fashion tips are keeping all things nautical– even when it’s cold! I will wear navy and white stripes with a Kelly green skirt to brighten up my gloomy gray day. I have little navy anchor earrings that dangle from my lobes, and white and sky bracelets woven from rope to accessorize. I use my red hobo bag that I added a white anchor appliqué on it to keep the nautical feeling strong. A little red ribbon to pull my hair back sets off the look nicely without going overboard on the sailor look! I find that when I am wearing something nautical, it feels like summer is approaching quicker with each spring that becomes balmier.
