Board Shorts & A Tankini

My favorite type of swimsuit is board shorts and a tankini top that is similar to a camisole. It’s difficult these days to find anything in the department store than skimpy shoestring bikinis and thongs, but despite what manufacturers seem to think, there are young, attractive people out there who don’t want to pay $50 or more for some skimpy lingerie to wear in the water. The shorts are roomy and comfortable and don’t bunch up too much and don’t require a change of clothes to walk around away from the surf. The top covers the essentials and, similarly, could be mistaken for normal summer wear. I’ve received quite a few compliments and some longing looks from my peers, who wistfully wish their suit was half as comfy.
