My Favorite Black Sweater Dress

In the fall I like to wear a favorite black sweater dress. It’s nice and soft since it’s part cashmere. It’s a smooth weave with a cowl neck and comes to just below my knees. It looks fantastic, hugs my figure just enough without being overly tight or suggestive and then flares out at the hemline. When I wear it on a cool day I feel like the crispness of fall can only lead to excellent things. I also feel like I’m wrapped in a cloud and well cared for. I always wear it with a medium weight brightly colored scarf. One of my favorites is in various shades of pink and drapes really well along the front of the dress. I feel confident and sexy in a nice way in this dress, so it’s no wonder that I get lots of compliments and looks. It’s the perfect combination of basic black, a shot of color, softness, and warmth. I might wear black knee length boots with it, or black tights and gladiator sandals.

Women’s Bluenote Jeans

Every fall I use my laptop lap desk to buy two new pairs of jeans from Bluenotes. I buy them there firstly, not only are they inexpensive, but when you buy the first pair you get the second pair half off. Secondly, they have a variety of styles to choose from. From the skinny jean, to the boot cut, and even the flare. Thirdly, the material the jeans are made of is 98% cotton, and 2% spandex. Just the right ammount of spandex to add moveability. I, myself prefer the straight leg, dark wash jean with a high rise. They make my legs look thinner and a dark wash is more modern and sofisticated.

Wool Shorts From Abercrombie & Fitch

My most unique article of clothing for fall is my autumn shorts, as I call them. They are wool shorts from Abercrombie & Fitch in the colors of maroon as the base, with gold and navy plaid design. I call these my autumn shorts because they are made of wool, and are suitable for cooler temperatures while going into the transformation of summer and winter. Shorts are my favorite article of clothing, so it allows me to wear them a couple more months out of the year. The colors are also very autumn like, reminds me of the leaves and how they change. My friends and family both love them; my friends all rave about how they are going to get similar pairs for fall. People I meet on my daily life also love these autumn shorts. I even dance around in them listening to music on my wireless laptop speakers when I’m in the house.  Just today I was at the store and the lady at the register complimented how adorable and comfortable they looked. I highly suggest getting shorts like these for yourself, for they are a fall must have!

I Love Shopping At Forever 21

Forever 21 has many different fashions available all through one store. This store allows you to mix and match tops and bottoms along with dresses and anything else that you can imagine. My most recent purchase from Forever 21 was a pair of jean shorts, a sun dress, along with a plaid 3/4 sleeve length shirt. Forever offers an abundance in styles to meet anyone’s fashion sense. Along with the great styles the prices are fairly low. This summer I paid 10 for a sun dress and 12 for a pair of shorts! I will be looking forward to my next shopping spree at Forever 21 as soon as I can afford it as I need to but a hp laptop docking station first.

Cut-Out Booties

One of my favorite shoes is a pair of Cut-out Booties. Because it’s fashionable to wear during fall just like having a neoprene laptop sleeve. It gives me the chance to show off my decorated toe nails. Plus it’s very comfortable to walk with. feels like you’re just wearing nothing. Every time I wear them during work or just go somewhere, my friends tell me I look gorgeous with my cut out boots. And that it adds height and elegance as I stand and walk around. I would love to have another style of cut out booties, like different colors to match my daily out fits. I really want to look fashionable in my everyday life.

Fall Is Perfect For Tights & Boots

In the summer I wear a lot of long skirts and open shoes. As the weather starts to cool off I look forward to breaking out the tights and boots again. To keep my legs looking long and lean, this means pairing the bulkier leggings and boots with slimmer, shorter skirts. I am allergic to wool and animal hair, but with leggings on I can indulge in the rich patterns of wool felts and tweeds. This time of year I really lean toward rust tones, deep reds and golds. The more I see it in the trees outside, the more I find myself reaching for it at home! For some reason it’s also the only time of year that plaids seem appealing to me. I am so happy that plaids and checks are in fashion right now.

Fall Hair Tips For Women

In the fall, I usually try to wear my short hair style the way it was intended to be worn, short and curly in the back and longer on the front/sides. I take the longer pieces and straighten them, since my hair is naturally curly. I then have the appearance of spending a lot of time on my hair. This is my favorite hairstyle for the fall because in the summer, I will sweat and the sides and front won’t stay straight as it was intended to. Having a style that hugs your face is much easier and more practical to pull off in cooler months.

Black Sleeveless St. John’s Dress

I have a St. John’s dress that is black with a cream colored collar and. It’s sleeveless and falls about 2” above the knee. When I wear this dress a lot of people say it looks great on me! I got it about two years ago at a thrift store! It was less than $100.00!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes and I was so excited to see that it was St. Johns. Since it has darker tones, I wear it in the fall with a high-waist belt and black heels! Some times I mix it up and wear it with flats. Whatever way I’m wearing it I feel like a million dollars! I wear it to dinner parties, banquets, out with my friends, and etc. It is my favorite fall dress, and probably always will be!

Secondhand Store Girls Jeans

Who would have thought that my favorite pair of jeans would have been one that I bought secondhand while I was searching for Halloween costume supplies a couple of years ago? Well, they say that truth is stranger than fiction. My beloved jeans are dark wash denim, but not as dark as the jeans that can be mistaken for black. They are made of a material with just enough stretch that they never seem boxy or baggy, but not so much that they cling to my body like a sausage casing. Whenever I wear my “magic” jeans, I can’t help but throw a little swagger in my step.
